Meet details

Elementary UIL academic meet

Thursday, Dec. 8th

Sabine Elementary – Liberty City, TX

Students will eat lunch then leave WOE about noon.

We plan to return about 4:30pm.  Coaches will be communicating with parents as we leave Sabine.

If you plan to pick your student up from Sabine, please check the schedule to make sure what time your student’s event(s) will be completed.  You will pick your student up from the front of Sabine Elementary.  Go to the front office and they will call into the cafeteria for your child.  Then a WO employee will walk your child to the front entrance and have you sign him/her out.  This will take a few minutes so thank you for being patient as we keep your child safe.

Our amazing PTO will be giving each student $5 for the concession stand.  Feel free to send more money if you’d like but it is not necessary.

Students are welcome to bring a device.  They will be responsible for them.  Mrs. Apple will be in the cafeteria.  She is happy to label it and keep it safe while your student is competing in his/her event.

Questions or concerns?  Please contact Mrs. Tatum – [email protected]
